Shipping policy

Most orders are fulfilled in person at conferences, workshops, and other events. Products designated for event pickup must be collected during the stated event hours and will not automatically be shipped.

When shipping is available, orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days and sent through USPS Ground shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly regarding damaged, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
